1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Motivia AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Motivia AI provides AI-powered content generation tools including text-to-image, image editing, video generation, music, and voice synthesis. The Service operates on a credit-based system with subscription plans and one-time credit packs.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Billing
Credits are consumed with each generation. Subscription plans renew monthly. Credit packs are non-refundable one-time purchases. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service. You must not use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate: illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content designed to harass or harm individuals, or content that violates applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or applicable legal proceedings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
