1. Permitted Use
You may use Motivia AI to generate creative content for personal and commercial purposes within these guidelines.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to generate: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content designed to harass or harm individuals, deepfakes intended to deceive or defame real people, content that infringes copyright or trademark rights, malware or phishing content, or content that violates applicable laws.
3. Commercial Use
AI-generated content may be used commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in: content removal, account suspension, account termination without refund, or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. Reporting
To report a violation, use Report in the Motivia app (open the result, tap ⋯, then Report) or contact support@motivia.ai. We review reports within 48 hours.
